Farah is our Practice Pharmacist and she deals with all of our pharmacies related matters in line with the NHS England plans to invest in a broad range of clinical staff.

Farah conducts medication reviews with patients, addresses all discharges letters that involve medication changes and conducts clinical safety audits and brings with her skills and experience of working in a local community pharmacy to help our patients.
